VEONN was a short-lived company in the North-East of the Netherlands. It was the result of the merger between regional operators FRAM and DVM-NWH on January 1, 1996. In May 1999 the VEONN name dissappeared already when new owner Arriva integrated it with another regional operator, GADO, and Groningen city bus operator GVG, to become Arriva. The white and two-tone blue VEONN livery was only applied to a handful of buses. Den Oudsten Alliance Inter City B95 series 2217-2221 were delivered in July 1997. One is seen here in Emmen bus station, in VEONN colors but with Arriva logos.
